Project Description

Gulf Coast Water Authority has outgrown their administration building and have designed a spacious, new facility. The new office building houses up to 35 staff members and includes 3 conference rooms, a large board room and parking for the public and staff.

It is important that GCWA staff have a safe, modern and comfortable facility that assists them in serving their customers well. This includes modern networking, audio/visual, and security systems. Additionally, being good stewards of the environment and their funding, GCWA insisted on using intelligent low voltage LED lighting in their new building. Some of the benefits of the new lighting system include lower installation and operation costs, longer life and more control of the lighting system. CRUX designed the lighting system controls while coordinating closely with the lighting designer and the electrical designer.
