Rosalie is an essential bridge between CRUX clients and design teams, ensuring the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and budget. Rosalie has thirteen years’ experience in the education field as well as four years as a K-12 Security Systems Director. These roles have given her a thorough understanding of specialized requirements that must be met for our clients needing network infrastructure, physical security, and audio-visual design solutions in the education field. This enables her to provide innovative solutions, streamline processes, and lead design teams throughout the life cycle of each project.
Rosalie applies Project Management Institute methodology to every project CRUX takes on. One of her main responsibilities is to resolve issues and remove barriers that could impact both internal and external stakeholders. She uses her exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to keep each project in line with quoted scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. If a problem comes up, she takes a step back to evaluate the cause, possible resolutions, and best steps for moving forward before making any decisions. Rosalie relies on brainstorming and collaboration from the whole team when needed and always remains objective, methodical, and composed through the problem-solving process.
Rosalie’s project management expertise lies in physical security, surveillance, access control and operations, and systems implementation planning. She has worked on projects for the Northwest, Stephenville, Grapevine Colleyville, San Angelo, Prosper, Mansfield, and other independent school districts in Texas. Her work with CRUX has resulted in the following client outcomes: better document quality, more accountability and measurable efficiency in the design lifecycle, and projects finished ahead of schedule and under budget.
Rosalie is a Registered Telecommunications Project Manager with BICSI and a Project Management Institute-certified Project Management Professional.
