Project Description
Belton ISD needed two new elementary schools to accommodate their fast growth. The district reached out to students, staff, and parents to determine what features are most important in the new school’s design. The feedback was used to create an environment that was conducive to learning, with plenty of natural light and plenty of open spaces for students to collaborate.
With the help of technology, the schools is able to provide innovative tools for learning such as virtual and augmented reality. CRUX designed reliable and secure network infrastructure, including wired and wireless access, to enable students to access the internet and use the latest educational technology. Burrell Elementary School also has state-of-the-art audio/visual systems throughout their classrooms to provide an exceptional experience to users. We have also designed security systems, including access control and video surveillance systems. These system keep students and staff safer and more secure in and around their facilities.
