Wilson Creek Park
The challenge they faced
Wilson Creek Park is a new 39-acre community park in Celina, Texas, designed to provide recreational amenities for one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas. Phase I of the project includes lighted athletic fields, a concession and restroom building, playgrounds, walking trails, parking, pavilions, landscaping, and supporting site infrastructure, creating a destination for youth sports, community events, and everyday recreation.
CRUX provided technology design and consulting services for the park’s low-voltage infrastructure, including outside plant communications, structured cabling, network infrastructure, video surveillance, access control, and dedicated security network design. CRUX also developed the supporting technology specifications and construction documents while coordinating closely with the owner, design team, and contractor to deliver an integrated security solution for the park.
