Chance Sutton

Chance brings to CRUX more than 35 years of experience in designing and implementing structured cabling, access control and video surveillance systems. His experience is invaluable in his role as senior technology consultant, where he works with clients to develop unique technology solutions for infrastructure and audio-visual systems, physical security and wireless connectivity. He believes his work in a wide range of projects, from medical centers to senior living centers to military and government facilities, has exposed him to an array of challenges that led him to develop an open-minded approach to problem solving. Because of his extensive knowledge and approach to problem solving, Chance is able to provide experienced-based solutions to the unique challenges of coordination and implementing disparate technologies. A memorable project for Chance was his involvement in a healthcare project for cancer treatment. By providing construction administration and project management, he was able to bring the project from red jeopardy status to on-time completion. It was a good feeling, he says, to have been part of a team providing a place of care that is warm and inviting for those in pain and need of solace. This project was one of many in healthcare: Chance has completed more than 1.5 million square feet of healthcare technology projects, from conceptual design to completion and move in.
