As Marketing Manager, Tanner Ortega leads and drives the firm’s marketing initiatives to ensure CRUX’s brand, proposals, and communications effectively position the company to win new business and support long-term growth. In this role, Tanner blends hands-on execution with strategic coordination—working closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, consistent, and impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
Tanner joined CRUX in 2020 after a lifelong passion for media technology, graphic design, and visual production led her to an internship in marketing. Her strong creative skill set, attention to detail, and command of Adobe software quickly supported her growth within the organization and continue to inform her approach as a marketing leader.
As Marketing Manager, Tanner oversees proposals and pursuits management, ensures consistent application of CRUX’s brand and visual standards, and develops content aligned with the firm’s voice. She manages all digital platforms while continuously improving sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Her role also includes coordinating vendors and consultants, overseeing events and marketing materials, managing marketing tools, and collaborating with the leadership team to implement strategies that support CRUX business development and growth objectives.
Tanner is currently working toward earning her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification, further strengthening her expertise in professional services marketing and strategic growth.
