Gale is the guiding hand that enables CRUX to deliver an outstanding level of service, partnership, and innovation to clients every day. With more than 35 years’ experience as an information technology practitioner and business leader, he brings a unique owner’s perspective to CRUX projects, as well as strategic planning, tactical operations, and project management mastery.
Gale has sponsored and led infrastructure and software projects for enterprises of all sizes in a variety of industries, including education, professional services, distribution, and manufacturing. He believes that opportunities to invest in new or upgraded technology don’t come along very often. When they do, it’s crucial to make those investments the right way. He approaches every project from that mindset so he can guide clients toward choices that will work for their specific situation and deliver the best value for their precious dollars.
One of the most important projects Gale worked on with CRUX came as a result of the Covid pandemic. He and his team consulted with various Texas school districts to help them evaluate both the feasibility and budgetary requirements for creating private LTE networks. The goal was to enable students who did not have appropriate internet service to learn from home. Because school districts have a significant challenge with remote learner success, helping to find creative solutions was very rewarding for Gale. He and his team explored the strategic drivers, set pro forma design parameters, and created LTE network simulations and budgets for major alternate approaches that would set up these districts to best empower their students.
Gale has a B.S. in Physics from University of Texas at Arlington, has served on the boards of the American Red Cross and the Mansfield Independent School District, and as a member of the Dallas Fort Worth chapter of the Society for Information Management.
