Chad Waller, a Design Associate at CRUX, comes to us after 25 years in the service industry. “I’ve seen good and bad technology implementations. When the opportunity arose to join the CRUX team and help drive new tech across a wide range of industries, I had to take it.”

Chad supports the design team in a variety of ways, including helping them produce plans in CAD and Revit. An enthusiastic learner, he is actively studying relevant industry regulations.

Even in his spare time, Chad seeks out a good challenge. He is an avid board gamer, which he explains “is all about solving efficiency problems.”
