With over 31 years of experience in structured cabling, telecom infrastructure, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance design, Al ensures the highest standards of quality across all projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Known for his ability to bring clarity and focus to high-pressure situations, Al helps teams and clients navigate uncertainty with confidence. He works closely with stakeholders to assess current conditions, define goals and objectives, and chart a clear path forward. His deep expertise in public education has been instrumental in creating educational facilities that inspire learning while adapting to evolving technological and security needs.

Al is a recognized thought leader, speaker, and writer on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. He has written articles focused on planning for technology, security, and school safety for American School and University Magazine and American Clearing House on Educational Facilities.

He is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and Registered Telecommunication Project Manager (RTPM).
