Briggs Moon brings to CRUX 30 years of experience designing and implementing telecommunications, security, and technology solutions for clients of all sizes. As the VP of Operations, he oversees our design teams in designing technology that keeps people safe and connected in the buildings they use every day. Briggs has been a part of delivering hundreds of network infrastructure, security, audio visual design, and smart building tech for projects across vertical markets including commercial, healthcare, education, data centers, and multi-family. Throughout his career, Briggs has learned that every project is important, no matter how big or small. Briggs approaches projects from an operational point of view. He believes this perspective is the best way to ensure solutions are built for longevity and to prevent problems down the road. He is a big fan of using a rules-based approach when designing solutions but feels it's just as important to know when it's best to break a rule or two. You must be creative and flexible to handle the unexpected. Overcoming technical and logistical limitations are among the challenges Briggs faces most often. Evolving technology and supply chain issues are pushing clients to consider new methods and technologies to solve everyday problems. Providing solutions that are operationally sound can mean leading clients out of their comfort zone and into a solution that is not only capable but available. He holds over 22 certifications.
